    Time for a new log. On a quest for actual raw strength for once. Was 218 this morning, down from 232 before I got sick these past couple of weeks :(

    Floor Press
    3x3 to 225

    Front Squats w/ clean grip
    4x3 to 185

    Push Press
    6x2 to 165 but missed 2nd rep

    GHR
    3x10 w/ assistance

    Cable Rows
    6x10

    Tommy Kono knee sleeves are badass, finally got to use them. Only downside is that the sweat dripping from my knees was soaking my socks and dripping on the platform.

    weight = 222, diet is kicking in I guess

    My weakass attempt at dieting for today

    2 chicken breasts, 1/2 cup of nuts
    big redbull before workout
    10 oz ground turkey, 1 frozen block of broccoli
    1/2 cup oatmeal with 2 spoons of peanut butter, 2 scoops whey in water
    1 can tuna w/ mustard and italian dressing, 1/2 cup nuts
    6 eggs w/ 1/2 cup o cheese

    3000 calories not counting the broccoli and redbull, dunno how many are in those.
