    Good stuff...

    1) Give it about 2 weeks to kick in.

    2) Don't expect steroid like results

    3) Push yourself harder than usual for best results... you should feel a boost during the last few sets of each exercise, and it's AWESOME pre-cardio

    Me neither. Caffeine does seriously NOTHING to me. I'm not sure creatine did anything for me either. If it did, it wasn't very noticeable.
