Best workouts for lovehandles?

    Im looking to destroy my lovehandles...I do side sit ups now but really dont know any other things to work my lovehandles. I want to work them...I hear holding a weight in front of me and doing like left to right circle motions w/ my body will help, truth?

    if anything, that'll make it worse. Building up your obliques is the last thing you want if you already have love handles.

    right just do russian twists. My buddy I worked out with would do side twists with weights and his obliques stuck out. He cam up to me and said what that fuck is wrong with me. I said stop training them to have the nice V shape.

    ^^ Yeah, I always though that was weird how most bodybuilders (or normal people who want to look better naked) ignore their obliques. It's weird how it is seem as unattractive to have a wide waist when every other single muscle is developed as much as possible.

    I fucking beat the everyliving shit out of mine. Thats probably the single best looking muscle on my body.

    Has it given you a wider waist?

    I probably would work mine to make them stronger (and i'm sure it would help with deadlifts and squats etc) but the only thing I really care about is looking better and a wider waist is generally considered unattractive.
