Try this, I dedicated a whole day to biceps for a couple months once and got some good results.
My peak got a lot peakier.
30 sets of bicep curls in the morning then another 20 or so later that night. At least 6 days a week.

i never understand that... why do all these workouts have you doing presses and other exercises that hit the arms pretty hard and THEN have you do triceps or biceps, which will fail a lot faster now
