So I want to add a little more size to my fore arms and Bi's. I hit the gym often and think I have a good routine but what else can I do?

Almost anything that requires grip strength will. Just don't use straps.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think forearm size and grip strength aren't necessarily related because the muscles are deep in the arm. :hsughno:

For forearms, I'd say a "roller" which I'm sure you've seen. Add to that some wrist curls for bothe the flexors and extensors.

For a better peak on the bicep, hammer curls. Pullups/chinups with weight helped me with strength.

Try it and see what works.:bigthumb:

having a strong grip doesnt equal huge forarms and vice versa.

For forearms use a wrist roller, preferably supported in a rack.

    Hmmm, 2 out of 3 isn't so bad :p

I've just read that hammer curls work the brachialis better, and will help push up the peak...as much as genetics allows obviously.

i think it will be hard to just make your arms bigger. You will have to get bigger overall, so eat more. Most of your arm is your tricep, make sure you hit them as hard, if not harder than your biceps in the gym.

ya, i think bi peak is mostly genetic. i workout with some of my buddies and we usually do the same stuff. most of our arms are about the same size but I have an amazing peak on my bicep compared to the rest of them. I feel so lucky =) I wish my calves were as lucky.
