Best Weight Gainer Supplement?

    yes ive tried packing in extra food since i disliked my weight (i started worrying about my weight when i was 5'5" 100 lbs), now i am 5'7"/5'8" 130 Lbs, with a calorie intake of 2000-3000 cals a day (not on a diet or food plan) and at one point I was losing weight instead of gaining it. my metabolism is really high i also have 2 PE periods a day (rugball and badminton) + a workout after school every so often (1.5-3 hours of physcial activity a day) if i should pack more calories i think itll hurt me more than help me lol. this is the reason why i might start taking weight gainers.

    you realize weight gainers are just food replacement, right? pretty much just liquid food...

    you're still going to add calories with a weight gainer... adding calories is the only way that you're going to gain weight

    I use N-Large2, and it seems to work well for me and my roommate, you can pack in an extra 800 calories with just a drink :hs:

    iight good, thats why i chose n-large 2 as apossibiltiy cuz i got recommendations haha

    lol, thats unhealthy calories and weight :hs:

    yea, but theyre not fully there for food replacement imo

    they are... weight gainers are meal replacement shakes... that's all they are... replacements for meals

    4.5 eggs
    half a potato
    slice of chease
    quart of milk
    3 cinamon rolls
    had a shit load of perserves and butter with my biscuits.
    2500-3000 callories

    drive home
    4 double chease burgers
    1 large dp
    1760 calloris

    dinner
    double double
    fries
    dp
    1700 callories

    6000 callories

    Yeah its complete shit, but the fact is that you are not eating anything, learn to stuff the food into the face, stop being such a fucking pussy

    is that your meal plan or are you just showing how easy it is to get 6000? Cause holy shit if you keep that up you're going to die in a couple weeks

    and last time i got a blood test, eating that bad, or worse, I was in perfect health...

    Weight gainers aren't really better. It's usually sugar and protein. Just getting whey and eating some carbs is as good if not better because you can choose something that has nutrients, fibers, etc. Might as well make a pop-tart and whey shake, but what sounds awesome would be a chocolate mint protein ice cream with chocolate pop tart chunks in it.

    Werd, I am working on fixing it though, It's just frustrating reading people whine about eating all the time. When they are jsut being humungous vaginas.

    if the only way for you to get enough calories is to eat not-so-great foods, so be it. Im definitely not reccommending oreos but you aren't even coming close to what you need to be in a caloric surplus. also understand that my perspective is that of an extremely tall dude that can pretty much eat whatever and not get fat.

    simply put, calories in >>> calories out

    the macronutrient content makes a difference, but when it comes down to it, IMHO its better to cheat a little and get to your goal rather than stay uber clean and not eat enough
