Im 24 and i have only been working out for about 4 months,which i saw little gain. I have gained about 10lbs and put on some more muscle,but im still way to skinny. 165 at 6'2" in height, im like a thin rail. I am lactose, so i cant really mix milk into my drinks so im trying to gain some weight without milk. I try to eat more meals a day,but with my schedule which is very packed it is very hard to do. I want to throw some shakes in there for some added calories,so what do you think i should try? muscle milk etc?
