Best website for tracking progress.

    Are there any websites that will let input your current weight for each exercise, # reps, sets etc? Also the ability to input body measurements.

    I've seen a couple programs that you can download to do this for you. Give a google search, they will come up.

    Im looking for to track my strength increases and the amount of weight for each exercise.

    Fitday is more nutrition and tracking weight.

    Excel is a good suggestion too, I use Google Docs cause I'm cheap.

    Bodyspace fails unless you only want to track:
    Bench
    Squat
    Curls
    Rows
    Overhead Presses.

    Massive failure w/o deadlifts on there...

    That's all they put on the main bodyspace page. You can track almost every conceivable weight exercise from within the workout tracker.

    You can track it, it just doesn't show on the front bodyspace main page.

    I was hoping with the buyout a few months ago the new team would get a couple folks in there to revamp it all. It's needs updating badly. :(
