best way to lose a gut?

    So I'm recently noticing I've become skinny-fat. I've never had to worry about what I eat, always been skinny. Well now I'm starting to notice I'm gaining some weight, and it's all going to my gut.

    What's the best way to lose it? Cardio? Crunches? I know I should obviously eat better... but what else is effective?

    it's amazing how many girls that used to be hot when i partied with them but have all gotten fat because they stop doing crystal

    I dunno what a shaker weight is, but man I do fasting cardio when I'm cutting. That shit works wonders.

    All I did was eat a lot better, and work out normally. Some people can do it this way, others can't.

    I should mention that I'm still working on it, but it has dramatically decreased in fat.

    shouldn't be too hard. just start eating better and do some cardio. are you looking to build muscle or just lose the fat?

    both. I already go to the gym fairly regularly. I'm actually in decent shape... I just don't do any cardio (since I've always been skinny).

    so it seems I need to watch what I eat more, and actually get some cardio in. Getting close to 30 sucks :hs:

    i'm close to 30 and i'm in the best shape i've been in, in 10 years.

    you can't target fat in one area

    as mentioned, eat less and do more
