howabout you read the big fucking thread at the top of the page that says READ BEFORE POSTING.

burn more calories then you consume, eat good carbs, ~1g of protein per pound of lean mass, track your cals @ fitday or iTrainHarder, do cardio, lift heavy shit.

    Dear Mike,

I would recommend learning about nutrition and reading the stickies/archive. An hour at a time, three days a week in the gym should be enough to see some results.

    Good luck in your efforts,
    Brian

fuckers, lol... OK I read the big fucking sticky... I eat differently every day. Who knows how many calories i eat on any given day. Thats a bit tuff for me to calculate. I don't expect to be a god.

I just want to lose some weight. I dont want to be to wide like a meathead. I want to be lean.

When you say lift heavy shit? Do you mean do less reps of heavier weight? Does that help lose weight?

no meatheads are the fags that stay in the gym all day instead of working.. Meatheads try to pick up girls at the gym... Meatheads have no life so they decide to make themselves huge to impress.

    Dear Mike,

Undershooting your goals is no way to succeed. Dream to be a meathead, and you might end up losing some weight. There is no possible way for you to wake up tomorrow and magically have the same look that others spend 10 years working towards. Do the work.

    Your new BFF,
    Brian

From what i have read i need to do more deadlifts, not use machines, watch the carbs, and drink/eat more protein. Dont eat garbage late at night. Try to get to the gym 4-5 times a week.

If you really want to lose some weight, you need to have the dicipline to track your calories daily.

WWW.fitday.COM should help you do this. You need to learn where your MAINTENCE level is, aka what amount of calories your body needs daily so it doesn't turn that extra energy into fat. You can find estimators to help you with this.

CALORIES OUT > CALORIES IN = WEIGHTLOSS

    Dear Brian

I work 12hours a day 6 days a week. I am trying to get to the gym as much as possible while still having a life. I want to try to get to the gym a bit more, and maximizing my workout in the time i have. I also want to find a way to have a more balanced diet while still getting to eat foods i like.

    Love,
    Mike

Bigdamray... Im not trying to put you down man. I have friends that have the ability/time to be at the gym a lot more then i do. I envy them a lot of times cause they have a lot more time then myself.

Why you are taking this the wrong way makes me wonder..

    Dear Mike,

Stop thinking of food as something you eat for fun, and more like re-feeding, or filling up your car. What is "having a life"? Being sociable, and getting out of the house is as possible as you make it.

In all seriousness, if you can't get to a gym more than 1 or 2 times a week, you need to work on your diet primarily. See my post about calories out > calories in = profit.

www.fitday.com can help you track your calories. That is the answer. Eat balanced.

You're also being a total cocksucker. For the way you conducted yourself we should have just taught you wrong as a joke.

Perhaps our definition of the word meathead is different. You threw the first blow in saying that you don't want to be wide like a meathead. I simply meant that unless you plan on doing a shitload of juice and gh and workout a crapload more than you do now that you have nothing to worry about. You sounded like a woman that says,"I don't want to get to big." It just ain't going to happen so don't worry about it.
