Last friday wrestling I jammed my middle finger on my left hand. No big deal right? Iced it that night. Expect it to heal, but it has been about a week now, and it still hurts. I've never had a jammed finger last this long, and I'm pretty sure it isn't broken, since I can move it around pretty well.

What can I do to help heal this shit?

It is normal for pain to last for a week plus? I also noticed when lifting yesterday that I had a lump under the vein on my hand right by the middle finger. only hurts when moved sideways and not forward / back.

A bit off topic, but I dislocated my pinkie finger two years ago. Still hurts a bit in certain positions to this day.

I don't think I might have reaggrod it. Only lifting weights and xbox360. I actually popped it back into place the other day and it has been feeling a little better since then.

  9. put a splint on it for a week or so. keep icing it. should be better in 2 weeks
