Best way to go about increasing grip strength?

    Aside from crunking, whats a good way i can go about increasing grip strength/forearm strength.

    I currently do farmers walks, pinch grips and wrist curls, dunno what else i could do.

    wrestling coach told me to lay out a full size piece of newspaper and start int he middle, roll it into a ball untill you couldn't see it anymore in your fist. it sounds really easy, but it isnt.

    anybody got some grippers for sale?


    edit- is there any real difference between the CoC and the Heavygripper brands? heavy grippers are on sale :noes:

    I kinda like the beef builder grippers more than the COC's...seem to fit my hands better

    The HGs have a narrower spread, but that fine for people who are just looking to get a stronger grip.

    i think i'm going to order the set from heavy grippers. set of 5 from 100-300 for $65 + 17 shipping...

    that should keep me busy for a while.
