If you dont have a foam roller you can use a medicine ball or a tennis ball. Ever since i started foam rolling ive gotten way less tight in the legs and my squats get way deeper. Honestly though the message is totally worth it.
If you get the massage, have them roll out your calves and IT bands. It feels amazing
