Best way to get rid of / limit stretch marks

    Okay I've managed to go from 178 to 205-210 pretty quickly to the point where I'm getting stretch marks right above my arm pits :hs: And no I'm not no roid monkey :mamoru:

    Cocoa butter can help with the appearance of stretch marks. Should probably also get your diet in check.

    Starting to stretch before workout + after every other set worked wonders for me

    Vitamin E and time. Pretty much fucked once you have them. They fade but never go away.

    A friend of mine I go to the gym with was trying to tell me that your muscles are like rubber bands. If you pull a rubber band hard and fast while it is cold, the possibility of it snapping is much higher, but if warmed up over time, has a much lower chance of snapping.

    He then told me to stop stretching before I worked out.

    Your friend is wrong about rubber bands... they are much more stable at low temperatures, and are actually snapped more easily at higher temperatures. They are quirky like that.
