K, so i want to look bigger, but still maintain my strength and leaness
i guess im skinny but im not gonna talk about being cut or w/e (even tho i am) so fuck it.
Some background: i take jui-jitsu, boxing physical training classes, i do 150 pushups and 80 dips a day just to be strong.

i dont really weight train that much. I'm 16 BTW :dunno:

My manager at my job (Muay Thai expert, ex Desert Storm soldier, ripped as fuck) told me to take creatine. But for some reason i dont want to do that

I was just thinking of going into GNC, buying one of those Mass Builders that have like 1500 calories, and 50 g of whey protein per serving, and take that before and after i weight train.

    Any other suggestions?

The stickies have routines, diet advice, and everything you need to get started.

Basically, if you want to grow, you need to eat more. If you want to stay lean(ish) as you grow, you'll probably want to come up with some sort of a plan (vague or specific) of what to eat, how much, and when. To exercise, a routine that hits your whole body and has lots of basic movements will work. That's about it, everything for this is really in the stickies. Creatine can help you in putting on a little size, but it's no godsend or threat - it's a cheap-ish supplement that lots of people use.

Stick to basics and work hard at it, and you'll see progress.

eat more, not more mcdonalds though. get some protein, formulate a routine, and you'll be okay... you can take creatine if you want too.

Creatine is nothing special or dangerous. You might get a little initial weight gain from it, and it will help you to squeeze out a few more reps or lift a little more in the gym. It's not a wonder supplement, it's not a steroid and it's not dangerous. Take 5g creatine monohydrate once a day, every day. That's all you need to do.

Go to the sticky thread, pick a routine that matches your goals and start tracking your diet on www.fitday.com
Try to eat more calories and protein (for your size, go for 150g a day). Slowly increase calories until you're gaining weight and then stay at that level for a while. So long as you dont go too fast, you should be able to stay fairly lean and build muscle at the same time.

so the Muay Thai expert, ex Desert Storm soldier, ripped as fuck guy whom you look up to, told you to do something and you decided not to take his advice but to take advice from random people on the internet?

creatine isnt going to make or break your lifts dude theres nothing super special or amazing about it. hell, I even stopped supplementing it pill form because my cytogainer has 2g of creatine per serving so thats good enough for me.
