increase tricep size
I do that. I jog. yes, they decrease a tiny bit.
I need to strengthen my arms b/c they're a huge part when jogging longer distances.
bodyfat is decreasing I'm -25lbs, but haven't been measured for bf% since mid-Feb. I go in to find out my bf% in July.
I suck at arms. I've been doing push ups at night before I get to bed.
I think I need to do more free weights.
I need to look up what skull curshers are
I know, and I still have a belly. The triceps and belly are going to be the last to go. There are always those "last things to go" spots when losing weight
I'm not really focusing on spot reducing pre say, but I guess I just needed to ask for decen't tricep workouts.

never done skullcrushers, but looks like a great one.
I use to so do the kickbacks. Didn't know that's what they were called but I use to do them.

edit- for the diet stuff I've been seeing a nutritionist. Just wanting to add more weights instead of just cardio(jogging) and minimal weight training.
The appropriate title would then be "Best way to increase tricep size (or strength)?"
same difference.. there'd be no "flab"
yes. there are much better (i.e. more effective) tricep exercises... unless you talk to SteveO
