I recently had a bad stomach virus which caused me to loose about 20lbs and I had diarehhea pretty much all the time, which caused me to get very dehydrated. I'm getting better but wondering what is best to replenish/hydrate myself. I've heard water isnt good since it doesn't have electrolytes. Anyone have any suggestions?

Water. I can take up to 72 hours to fully rehydrate.

A lot of water, and some electrolytes too. So, pedialite.

Mix it up with water and pedialite. Stay away from gatorade though, the sugars will just make you feel sick again.

pedialyte or whatever the fuck they call it.. nearly any sports drink

water does help but you want to get your electrolytes back in check too, so avoid only water, drink it, but get the other shit too.. you can buy electrolyte packets at places like vitamin shoppe and running supply stores
