I want to burn my friend one of my concert DVD's. It is about 6GB so I bought a dual layer dvd. Since my Macbook only has one drive, I gotta copy it to my mac first. I want to make an exact copy with all the menus, special features, etc.

So I was thinking I would just make an ISO image of it to my HDD and then burn that image. What would be the best program to do that?

Either Popcorn or Toast should work. If it is copy-protected use MacTheRipper on the original DVD first.

I haven't had the need to use it in Leopard yet...If you haven't yet, try the latest v3 beta version, you can get it at TPB I think. Otherwise boot into Tiger to use the older version if it doesn't work in Leopard.

I reinstalled Mac the ripper and it worked. RIpped the copy protected dvd perfectly, then I burnt it to a DL dvd with toast and it worked great
