Best way to build up deltoids?

    What are the best way to build up the deltoids? It seems that the only thing that is holding me back in my benches and such is just my scrawny deltoids. I have no problems with chest traps, lats, tris or biceps but i hae always had trouble with deltoids. someone please help! thanks.

    Hang clean and press works better for me than DB shoulder press which is what probably everyone is going to say...

    why the face? cleans and presses work awesome on my shoulders also, i have never found a better trap exercise

    I like, Military press, side laterals supersetted with upright rows, front raises w/ a bar, bent over laterals supersetted w/ reverse flies or face pulls.

    Touch bateman...the simple act of making contact with one of his moon sized deltoids will cause yours to double in size. This is a proven scientific fact, search pubmed, there have been quite a few papers published on the subject.

    Work them properly with a routine that hits all heads. Eat, sleep, rest, and they will grow.
    Its not fucking rocket science.

    No.. Hes a well built guy who gets hated on by all the cockfags who wish they had the dedication to look 1/10 as good as he does. IMO.

    My version of me well built, and bateman well built are two different ends of a spectrum.

    Hes 180 lb beach muscle abercrombie pretty boy.

    Im 230, I was 248 at my biggest @ 13% bf.

    We go for two different looks, however, I can appreciate his dedication and the results he has gotten because i know how much work he has put into his physique. Its obvious by the pictures he has posted that he knows what he is doing, and he isnt afraid to put the time in to get what he wants.

    I can respect that more than I can respect some of the other fucktard asshat shitheads that post in this forum.

    yeah some people have a completely different idea of a good build. I see bateman as a skinny little ripped guy, with some mediocre delts. 15 inch arms aren't hard to build big looking delts

    Hes pulled off what he was going for, without a doubt.
    Some guys dont want to be huge. Im sure if he wanted to look like a pro bber, he could, because he has what it takes to get it done.

    my before pics were a train wreck, im sure you saw them. I posted them about a month ago. the only pics I have at 248 are at my parents place, however, ill scan them and post them as well.
    Im ready to post some 1 month pics soon, like before the end of the weekend.
    I took a year off from the gym, for personal reasons, (career, buying my first house, motocross racing) with all of that, something had to give, so I quit the gym for a bit.. Only had so much spare time, and after 5 years of dedicated lifting, I wanted to try some different hobbies.
    Now im back... and getting back into things. I dont think ill go as heavy as i was, Id be happy to be a 220 lb version of Bateman actually.
