best way to balance Hypertrophy and strenght

    Im going to start a new workout plan in 2 weeks but from some of the things I read the 5x5 workouts work better for strength gains?
    Any way to give them a hypertrophy element as well? Or does anyone know of a workout plan which incorporates both?
    I have read up on some HST workouts which start at high reps then drop 2 reps every set every week?
