i'm looking for a video card that accepts a normal cable television cable as input (like ati's all in wonder series). what're the best options for this (i also want a high performance card for gaming/outputting to a 2405fpw)

i split mine up. It's ok to have a pci tuner, but you're not gonna want that for gaming. Plus if you just use 2 seperate, you can always upgrade the video...somehting to think about.

I have the Hauppauge 350 card and i love that. Not exactly what you asked for, but i'm just giving my opinion

yeah, I have a 9700 pro all in wonder and have issues with drivers nearly every time a new one comes out. Gaming and such works fine, but when I try to watch/record TV in, the card/system locks up and must be powered down with the switch.

My next set up, I will stick with seperate options for gaming and TV tuner.
