    You should be able to find a hauppauge PVR-250 for $80-$100 on eBay, Snapstream users prefer it over everything else currently available, it has a HW MPEG encoder...

    If i were you, i'd save for a Hauppauge PVR-250, or try to find one on Ebay in your price range

    If not, go with the leadtek you're thinking of (but know that when you're recording something it will use most, if not all of your cpu cycles and greatly slow down your computer)
