    broly in training here (6'1 @ 205)

i feel i'm progressing along nicely in just about every department except my triceps, probably because i'm not doing good exercises to work them

currently i'm alternating between close grip bench press and the seated tricep extension machine but i dont see much growth in my triceps, even though i'm progressively increasing in weight on these exercises

comments? suggestions? stick with what i'm doing? thanks

My personal favorite: Dumbell overhead extension (or whatever you wanna call it). They've been bugging my elbows lately though, as I try to increase weight.

Yeah I was doing those with an e-z curl bar when I fucked my elbow up. Now I have to deal with tendonitis, just be careful.

there is no hitting upper/lower chest as far as I know

also when you're doing cg bench just try to rip the bar apart. the decline bench puts your arms in the optimal position to push weight.. that's why you can lift more on decline. leverage

Do you keep your elbows out in line with chest height or bring them them sort of closer to your head?

Also how much weight do you use relative to bench? I can do 65 dbs incline and use about 25-30 for tates (30 is tough)
