Best training schedule?

    I'm going to the gym after every workday for 2 weeks now.
    Normally I do cardio for half an hour;
    * 15 minutes running
    * 15 minutes rowing Or Bycicling
    Then for half an hour some light muscle work:
    * 3 series of 10 leg press
    * 3 series of 10 front pectorals
    * 3 series of 15 belly shit ups

    I'm just losing some wait and bulding up a better condition and overall fitness.
    What do you guys think, what should i change and/or add?

    i'd do the 5x5 bill starr workout if you're just starting out. it's fast and extremely effective. i'd also do cardio after your lifts, though i would do 5 minutes warm up jog to get the blood flowing before lifting.
