No, my lower back is still hurting for some reason. I'm just doing a ton of cardio lately and doing isolated lifts. starting to get pretty ripped up.
OK, here's some clarification.
When you do bench, rotate your wrists so that you HAVE to squeeze the bar. Do not let your wrists fall back so the bar is simply resting on your hands.
Try it with lighter weights first then move up as you normally would. Make sure to squeeze the bar, it should almost feel like the bar would fall out of your hands if you let go.
I'm still keeping my strength though, so it's not too big of a deal. I thought about a winny cycle though

You better get some Test E in that cycle....test is the base of all cycles.

That's exactly how it should be. Most people let it roll back in their hands. It robs a lot of development.
What about Test + Deca + winny?
I looooved deca because of the bloat = pain free workouts
You can run that stack but I'd do winny towards the end of the cycle if you want to lean out while using test/deca to add some mass.Also get something to kick start the cycle and you'd be straight.
So if I did
dbol - wk 1-4
Test E - wk 1-6
deca - wk 1-8
winny wk 6-8
most people are tools who bench 135 then leave
Test E and Deca need to be used longer then that due to long ester especially Deca.If you wanted to run short cycle you'd run the short ester test prop and deca prop ester(npp) but you still need to run test and deca same length wise.
I'd say run test e/deca longer 10-12(12 would be better) weeks keeping dbol wks 1-4 or 1-5 and winny around wks 8-12.
i'll try this, i usualy let the bar rest backwards and my wrists would be fucked up from it. i'll think about it in the gym today.
Nice let me know how that test suspension goes...I know it gives some great strength gains but have yet to try it.

I've heard horrible things about drol though....what's the bigger benefit over dbol?
The problem with dec > 10 wks is that a bottle is 10ml and 300mg/ml so one bottle is effectively 10wks at 300mg/wk
I couldn't imagine getting another bottle for 2 wks and you can't exactly get rid of it after that
