Best time of day to take vitamins?

    I take Centrum A to Zinc (1 tablet a day), and I was wondering, what would be the best time of day to take it, for it to be made the most out of? (if that makes sense :p)

    I take mine before I go to bed...probably the least beneficial time but I'd rather take it then than not take one at all.

    yes. grapefruit juice helps to slow the absorption so its more constant instead a brickwall of vitamins hitting you all at once

    I would assume the morning would be best... but I don't know for sure, that's when I take mine and I am pretty healthy lol.

    Take them an hour before working out - and only 1 pak. 1 isn't that much different than a lot of multi's - fucking nutrition label lists what you get out of 2 and is excessive imo. If you work out at night, don't take them after working out. You won't sleep.

    I take 1 multivitamin in the morning and fish oil at night, nothing else.
    I take both with an entire glass of water.
