Best time of day to do weights?

    So say doing it first thing, middle of the day or later at night wont be better or worse than any other time?

    I seem to remember someone here saying that technically morning was best since there was a test spike or something... but in the end it doesn't change much.

    I go in the morning because there are less people and the rest of my day is free... there is nothing I absolutely HAVE to do since I have already worked out.

    acute spikes in anabolic hormones don't really mean jack, you have to keep them elevated all day long to do anything

    I have always gone around 5-6 in the afternoon I am thinking about trying to go before classes in the fall which would be around 6 am if I can wake up that early.

    I either lift in the morning around 10-11, but if I have work, I save it for laten evening and do my other workouts first.
