I only use them if I'm traveling or in a pinch.

Hmm... I'm no culinary genius, but i bet we could reverse engineer a tasty bar from these. Let's look at the ingredients.

    Peanut Butter,
Protein Blend (Whey Protein Isolate, Milk Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Hydrolysate),
    Sugar-free Dark Chocolate

Those 3 are easy to get.

Fruitrim(R) (Fruit Juices, Natural Grain Dextrins),
    Organic Agave Syrup,

Both of those are just sweeteners.

Whey Protein Crisps (Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Concentrate, Tapioca Starch),
    Inulin (dietary fiber),

I'm guessing these both provide substance. The whey crisps could probably be made, or even left out. FiberOne cereal might work as a replacement for Inulin, or some form of oats.

Vegetable Glycerine, Xylitol, Peanut Flour, Natural Flavors,

Seems like more flavoring. Add/remove/change as desired.
