I was just curious as to what supplements and protein you all have had experience with. Right now I'm just taking GNC Mega Man and using the Vitamin Shoppe brand protein. I also just got done using Venom fat burner. I guess that my question is, which products in these categories do you guys recommend. I'm getting back in the fitness realm after various injuries and bouts of laziness. Thanks in advance.

You don't need fat burners if your diet is in check...
I recommend Optimumn nutrition gold standard 100% whey protein (chocolate)

I like dat dere Hot-Rox but I just ordered some of VPX's new Meltdown which sounds promising.

Basically I'm a thermo/stimulant whore though and I don't know how much this shit actually helps with fat loss. I just like getting jacked up on legal speed.

I've heard the Megaman vitamins are a huge rip off. GNC employees are on commission for selling them and have to sell a certain amount per hour so hey pressure you to buy them with every purchase. Maybe someone who has worked at GNC can confirm this?

IMO, multivitamins are a rip anyway. You'd be way better off with a better diet with lots of fruit and veg. One vegetable contains hundreds of different nutrients. To think you can pop a little pill with a couple vitamins in it is ridiculous when you think about it.

As for protein - I would consider a whey/casein/egg blend. They generally taste good and they make you more full and digest over a long time - helpful if you can't eat all the time or you are trying to lose weight.

Fat burner - dunno really. The good stuff that actually works is now illegal. Most of them are basically caffeine anyway.. simply gives you a caffeine high and lots of energy for your workout.
