    I'm looking to take...

    1) Fish oil
    2) Whey protein
    3) Creatine
    4) Some sort of post-workout whey meal.
    5) Multi-vitamin

    What would ya'll recommend?

Can you give me your insight into CLA? I just read that it, in mice, decreased fat a lot compared to a control group but put fat in liver (which doesn't sound good).

Don't know that I am an authority on this. Can just vouch for positive anecdotal evidence (or at least not negative).

Without getting into specifics since I'm at work, maintenence is 2500, so I'm going for 2000 cals/day, high protein lower carb. pretty standard stuff. workout upper/lower m->f, cardio twice a week, and sunday is rest.

Calories in vs calories out. Eat less, you'll loose weight and won't be spending money unnecessarily. ;)

I have some disposable income, but it's hard to deny supplements will help fat loss. I feel that the extra potential losses, coupled with a mental placebo effect, is worth it

You really don't need supplements if you are aiming for fat loss.

Thermorexin by Anafit (board sponsor) is a great product for a thermo. Their Sesapure and Glucorell is a great combo, too.

Diet dictates 95% of gains. If you aren't losing fat, you aren't eating right. Track your daily food intake and be religious about it. Don't guesstimate, you have to know whats going into your body.

I started cutting at the end of May and went from 205 to 190-191 with just diet and extended cardio worked into my routine.

Couldn't break through 190 for the life of me and then started taking green tea about a week and a half ago. This morning I weighed in at 186.5 lbs. :wiggle:

    My goal is 179-180.

:bigthumb: No changes in the routine during the past week and a half? How do you feel while taking it?

    .

Get a food scale, too. You'd be amazed, even people who are anal about tracking thier food (such as me) end up realizing that by eyeballing it you are getting basically 1.25-1.50 servings of everything you eat. I was like, damn, i'm hardly losing at 2100 cals a day, turns out i was probably eating more like 2500 a day for that month.

    my life is average.

Same lifting routine as when I started (weight varies, of course) and my cardio is pretty much the same, though I switch it up - bike/treadmill.

There is caffeine in it, so I take it right after my lunch and then again right before I work out. I can definitely feel the lil edge it gives you as far as the caffeine goes... but other than that, you can't really tell :dunno:

If you consider bodyfat just melting off, a bad side effect, then yes.

Can you give me some personal feedback on it? I workout, and need to cut off like 20 to 30 pounds within 3 months. I read it's not a steroid, so that's good, but aren't there dangerous side effects?
