Best Supplement for gaining weight?

    I have always wanted to pick up Musclemilk for it's sheer mass of calories and what not. If I want to gain weight, I should be more concerned about how much calories the shake has over protein correct? My body type is ectomorph so I pretty much am looking for a meal in a drink

    That whole ectomorph/endomorph Somatotypes is BULLSHIT.

    I have NEVER seen anyone not gain from proper nutrition and training. Even those who are skinny as fucks and supposedly have metabolism out the ass, find themselves gaining once they calculate calories IN/Spent.

    Bottom line, if you are not gaining sufficient weight, you are not eating enough.
    Try and calculate your daily intake of calories and double it. Eating LARGE is a fucking effort and you will be suprised how LITTLE you actually take in (clean).
    8-10 meals a day @ 5000+ cals with low fats and good foods is by far way harder than training or dieting.

    Whats your current diet like?
    Is it constant?
    What amount of cals are you taking in?
    How many days do you train?

    Dont get me wrong, this isnt a flame. It just gets old when skinny guys who barely consume 2k's a day of clean food complain about being an ectomorph.

    For the most part I agree. I've seen 120lb "Ectomorphs" end up as 250lb monsters. I've also seen 300lb fatties end up dry and vascular on stage.

    Ecto/endo/meso has more to due with bone structure and thyroid hormones than anything. Neither of those factors will stop you from becoming more muscular or becoming leaner.

    all jokes aside, I have NOT been eating enough. I have been eating like a fat motherfucker who wants to lose weight has been eating. That being said, I know I need to bump up my calorie intake massively (especially because im 21 and dont have much growing if any at all left). But that being said i went and bought

    TechXMass by Bodytech which in milk is 620+ calories and 50+ grams of protein. I made a milkshake with 3 ice cubes+4 scoops+ 2 scoops of ice cream. Shit is ballin

    I also went and bought myself Creatine Monohydrate. I'm new to this stuff. IT basically says take it for 5 days and then stop for 3 months? weird

    That MRP powder is full of shit ingredients.
    Buy some milk and powdered milk, mix it and you can have a pretty cheap and caloric drink. Add quick, PB, yogurt+fruit (to make a smoothie), pasteurized egg whites, whey.

    Lean pork lions, chicken breast, Adam's Peanut Butter, and quick Oats. Add some whey you have all you need. Avoid the weightgainer shakes, horrible bullshit for the price when you can just eat a chicken breast with a couple slices of whole wheat bread and you get the same macros.

    Milk? MILK???

    I understand that your supps have not come in yet but never EVER, EVER include milk in your diet. Man I'm pissed off now. Instead get some eggs, cold meat or something but NOT MILK. FUCK.
