Here you will list the best protein snack you know; the specifications are (in order):

    1. How quick it is to prepare
    2. How convenient it is
    3. How good it tastes
    4. How expensive it is

My entry is frozen Salmon Burgers. My brand (President's choice, it's Canadian) has

    200 calories,
    27g of protein,
    2g of carbs and
    2g of Omega-3's

I buy a 4 pack, cook them all at once on the BBQ, put in fridge and eat during the day, either on their own or in a salad or sandwich.

It is very quick to make, convenient, they taste pretty good and they aren't TOO expensive. To beat mine yours has to be as convenient and fast, taste better and be cheaper. Protein shakes don't count. Each entry has to beat the one before it. Winner gets a picture of what lies beneath my skin folds (see AV for clarification).

    You lose hard.

    No protein powder stuff.
1st requirement is Simplicity and Convenience.
    That doesn't sound that good.

NO PROTEIN POWDER RECIPES you can find them everywhere, I'm talking about QUICK, SIMPLE alternatives that are real food. See my example. If you post a protein-shake or similar you will be disqualified and lose your chance to peek beneath my skin flap. Consider yourself warned.

    You said no shakes dipshit..

Its incredibly easy. Infact easier then your shitty salmon burgers. Open package to jello into bowl. Pour milk into said bowl. Put protein in same said bowl. Mix with a mixer. Slice up a banana. Done.

You dont like banana pudding? Then you lose at life.

I use about a tablespoon per can of tuna. Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

    On the course.
I know it says no protein powder but I made some protein pudding and it tastes great. I put 4 scoops of ON whey in one box it and you can't even tell.
