Im trying to lean up a little bit (about 15-20 lbs) while turning my fat into muscle. I currently go to the gym 5-6 times a week doing weights and cardio. Im also dieting and eating right, cutting out fast food, sodas, etc. Whats the best protein shake to have in the morning and at night/after a workout that wont bulk me up. I bought some muscle milk, and while it tastes great its high in carlories. Any suggestions?
