Due to my weak will, I haven't been in a gym since I left for college last Fall. Now I'm back for the summer and ready to start up again. I need to gain A LOT of weight.

I work 8:00 - 4:30 during the day, so I'm going to need some kind of protein/nutrition bars to be able to land my 6 meals a day.

Which bars are the best for the money?

I kinda like one of the ones that snickers makes.

but 'good protien bar' is an oxymoron I think.

according to the lattest Men's health "muscle" magazine. Chef Jay's Tri-o-Plex bar is the best.

i'm going to be trying out a batch of these next week

    1 ½ cup Natural PB
    8 Tbspn Honey
    1 ¼ cups Protein powder
    1 cup uncooked oats

Mix the PB and honey together and microwave on high for 80 seconds. Then add powder and oats to the mixture and mix together. Put in a pan, refrigerate until solid and enjoy.

I bought some Promax Triple Layer bars, they're tasty as fuck. Not good if you're not bulking though, lots of calories and carbs. 20g protein, bout a buck a bar.
