Is it possible to rip a season series into one mp4 file? I haven't been able to figure out how to do it in Handbrake. Its got 6 discs and I would like to have 6 mp4 files instead of ~30.

If there is a better program for it, please let me know

Also, I did rip one episode wuth Handbrake and it was 2.5GB!!! I set it on 70% quality with H.264 codec. Why so damn big?

    Thanks

    download dvd shrink: http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/dvd_rippers/dvd_shrink.cfm
    Then get avidemux: http://fixounet.free.fr/avidemux/download.html

Copy your entire DVD into a .ISO with dvd shrink. Make sure you don't compress it (dvd shrink will automatically compress it to ~4.5gb so make sure you change this option)

Open AVIDemux and then open up your .iso file with it. find the beginning of the first episode and then click the little box labelled "a" to make that the beginning of where you want to rip. Then find the very end of that show and press the "b" button to make that the end of the file.

Finally choose what type of format you want the video and audio. Lastly click on file>save>save video (make sure you add the file type extension when saving the file (.avi for avi for example))
