Best Possible Fast Food

    alright not all of us have the time nor resources to buy and cook our own meat..i dont really eat meat in the house because my parents are vegetarian due to religious reasons..but i occasionally bring home frozen food with chicken in it...sooooo the primary source of meat is from fast food

    im gonna list several fast food places and you guys suggest the healthiest food available there

    ill update this post as people give suggestions!
    here we go:

    McDonalds -
    1. grilled chicken classic w/ no mayo
    2. grilled chicken snackwraps light sauce no cheese

    Burger King -

    Wendy's -
    1. Baked Potato without a ton of shit on it
    2. grilled chicken sandwich (no mayo) with a ceaser side salad w/ low fat dressing and 5pc nugget

    Taco Bell -

    White Castle -

    Subway -
    1. Turkey and Ham 6 inch sub on Wheat
    2. 6" Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki double meat
    3. subway wrap with triple meat

    Moe's Grill/Qdoba -
    1. Double Chicken Salad

    Chipotle -
    1. double-chicken "salad" w/ salsa, beans optional

    Panera Bread
    -

    Atlanta Bread Co -

    Quizno's -
    1. Honey Bourbon Chicken sandwhich off the lite menu - 6 inch

    noo i know subway is the best..i meant list a meal from each restaurant which is the healthiest one at that place...for example if i went to subway id order a 12" sweet onion chicken teriyaki..this way when i go out and want to pick up something from fast food..i know im getting the least crappy thing on the menu

    chipotle - double-chicken "salad" w/ salsa, beans optional. Small portion of Guacamole is good too.

    Panera and Subway will be the best options out of all of them.

    Mcdonalds has the grilled chicken classic w/ no mayo. I'll sometimes get 2 of those.

    Qdoba and Chipotle, get double meat chicken option, lettuce, rice

    Here are the fast food choice I eat when I cheat so to speak. I am on the rode everyday and pack a lunch but ocassionally eat out.

    McDonalds- Premium Chciken Club Sandwhich 300ish cals with a Diet Coke and the Apple pieces instead of fries

    El Pollo Loco- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast and a small thing of pinto beans ....MMMMMM

    Quizno's - Honey Bourbon Chicken sandwhich off the lite menu - 6 inch. MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE SUB :bowdown:

    Subway - Turkey and Ham 6 inch sub on Wheat (no cheese most the time. mustard and pepper for flavor. Ocassionally bacon also )w/ apple pieces and diet coke

    Chik-Fil-a - I get the Chargrilled chicken sandwhich dry and use a little of the hot sauce...MMMMM

    This is pretty much the only fast food I will eat

    Werd...I forgot that occasionally I will get the Bacon Ranch Chicken salad at McD's with the grilled chicken and use only like 1/4 of the dressing .

    GTL lifter mentioned Wendy's...The Baked Potato without a ton of shit on it..or the chili are really good options

    Here's what you should be looking for :
    - no trans-fat
    - fiber
    - a balanced macro breakdown ideally (ie : medium fat/carbs/protein)
    - fits your macro and calorie intake

    Then it's up to you. Being able to eat a "normal" meal with friends is a lot better than thinking about your sodium intake for that meal.

    When eating fastfood I usually get one of the following:

    Chipotle Salad: double chicken, no cheese, black beans and sometimes guac.

    Subway turkey ham or chicken teriyaki: double meat, no mayo, loaded with vege's.

    Potbelly wreck: double meat, no mayo.

    Wendy's: grilled chicken sandwich (no mayo... I add bbq/honey mustard) with a ceaser side salad w/ low fat dressing and 5pc nugget.


    Those are usually what I go for. All quite high in protein and relatively low in carbs/bad fats.
