    Hey folks! :o

I *need* to detail my car tomorrow and I don't have time to order something from the interents.

Can anyone reccomend a glaze/polish to purchase from Autozone/Pepboys/Napa that will work decently (I may end up doing this by hand but I believe i have an orbital and a rotary available to me)

I have S100 wax already, so I'm covered in that area.

    Anyone? Thanks :)

Also - reccomend a clarbar I can use from here (although a claybar is more likely to be acceptable no matter which brand than a polish/wax)

    Thanks Scottwax.

    My current plan is this:

wash car with regular car soap (it's *very* *very* dirty). burn towels.
wash car with dishwasher soap. burn towels. dry.
use detail spray (basically just water) and claybar the whole damn thing (including windows). dry.
wash again <-- (is this necessary? i dont think so)
apply meguiars #9 with orbital buffer (what kind of pad?)
apply s100 with orbital buffer (what kind of pad?)

work on headlights fogging (meguars plastX)
work on windshield (#0000 and polish or cut polish or glass cleaner)

    Sound ok?

Wash with car wash soap only. Dawn should stay in the kitchen
    Clay
    #9 with a polishing pad
    S100 with a finishing pad

Headlight and windshield routine sounds fine.
