im looking at the nutrition chart and its got 32g protein for 70g serving thats 45% protein....

the ON whey i had is 24g protein / 30.6g serving thats 78%

if im trying to gain size should i be sticking to the higher protein whey?

Technically weight gainers are for gaining size. I disagree with the notion, getting calories from whole foods is better than weight gainers.

10lbs @ $73 is the best I've seen anywhere here in Toronto. Normally I pick up 5lbs EAS for $50 at popeyes.

    Bolton here :wavey:

I found a REALLY awesome protein at supercenter, while in a rush and need.

It's similar to ON, but more protein per scoop.

It's a cheap (20$/2lb) Complex (iso and concentrate) that mixes very well.

I'm on the banana chocolate right no

and the best part? it comes in plastic bags instead of tubs, so it's more enviromentally friendly.

agreed - cheaper is better. (it's actually 29/2lb, that was a typo)

this was just a quick option that i was able to find in a rush (after most other stores had closed)

Never heard of GZA or cool kids.

But I just found out my buddy manages Diamonds Strip Club in Mississauga.

you don't know GZA? he's one of the original wu-tang member.

and, he's only responsible for one of the best hiphop albums of all time (liquid Swords)
