I understand it's very tough to fill out a 6'6" frame, but maybe previous pics will help in showing where you came from and how far you've gotten.

Inner chest muscles look like they could use a lot of work, and it must just be the lighting, but I don't think your abs line up.

Other than that, good work! Nice traps.

I'm sad to say I thought if you worked them out correctly, they would line up correctly.

    I've never seen that before!

You can't work the inner chest muscles. His genetics dictate how his chest is formed. As his chest gets bigger, everything will obviously grow.

    No.

He could do flys to work his inner chest while doing wide arm bench presses to work the outer.

Didn't notice his height. I'm 6'4" and my goals are between 215 to 225, so I wouldn't mind look like that.

this is what the muscle group looks like that you're talking about, at least in size18boarder's case.

it is one muscle group. you cannot isolate just the inner or just the outer part of this muscle group.

there are other chest muscle groups besides this one, but it's obvious from your comments on size18boarder's pics that this is the particular muscle group you are talking about.

his asymmetery is a result of genetics/incubation conditions while in the womb.

edit: to learn more about specific muscle groups and how to isolate them, go here http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html

You're a complete tool today. You have two chest muscles. A pectoralis major and a minor. The pectoralis major muscles are located on the front of the ribcage. The pectoralis minor is located beneath the major. Nothing can target the inner chest. You CANNOT focus on the inner chest.

This comment is the funniest I've seen on this board. In what way are any of these people smarter than anyone on here? They think a dumbell fly works the inner chest and they are more intelligent?:ugh::ugh::ugh::ugh::ugh::ugh:
