I've been reading through all the archives and stickies about diet and nutrition, and its mentioned that natural sugar-free peanut butter is good daily (2-3 tablespoons)..

I went to the grocery store today and the healthiest I could find was 210 cal per 2 tablespoons. The one that was "all natural, sugar-free" was from Smuckers I believe, and was 260 calories.. Seems high for not being a meal..

What are you guys buying? Or am I totally off base and should avoid peanut butter while cutting?

Well, the ingredient list in natural peanut butter should look something like that : "peanuts". There won't be much of a difference between brands of natural peanut butter since there made of exactly the same thing.
The lowest cals doesn't also mean the healthiest btw... But well, I don't think peanut butter is a great protein source, if I want to eat seomthing for it's protein content I make sure that 1/4 or 1/3 of the cals come from protein (1g of protein = 4 cals).

As far as cutting goes... Try to eat healthy, count cals and try to eat as much protein as you want. Whatever you do is great as long as you lose weight.

Avoid peanut butter while cutting. Too calorie dense.

NOT that it's bad for you, it's just not very filling for the calories it contains.

i use this shit...technically it's not really natural because it has palm oil to prevent separation, but it's a lot easier to deal with than regular natural pb and it tastes good.

Good for cutting if you're doing high fat/protein.

I eat smucker's crunchy all the time.

I don't think it's new, I've been getting it for awhile.

You're talking about this like it's the optimal fat.
