First off, I'm not looking to break the bank on a computer. I figure for now, something like one of these would work. I'm not going to be doing any heavy gaming or anything.

I figure you can't beat the free shipping and free rush service on them. I just don't know what the best computer is for the money. I'm thinking for now, I might just use our old computer monitor and upgrade that later, seeing as none of these packages have monitors with them.

So yeah, what one is the best deal?

Also, what exactly is the difference between and Athlon 64 and an Athlon XP?

I'd go with the third one, because it's got a better video card than the other two and I personally prefer AMD over Intel. They're all operating at essentially the same speed, and the only difference that I can see, besides the mobo and AMD or Intel, is the video card.

Edit-I would also go ahead and spend the extra money on a DVD+-RW

I would 100% get the second one. The last AMD one is a gigabyte board (crap) and it is using single-channel memory. The 3.0P4 with dual channel memory will be noticably faster.
