I'm investigating a possible new build, I would like to use the E2180 and OC it quite a bit. What is the best motherboard for about $100-$150 for this?

kind of hard to say which is the best

at least for the P35 chipset:
    Abit and Gigabyte is easy
highest ocs I've seen are from Asus P5Ks
    DFI is awesome too

of course, there's no guarantee. your oc will depend on all your parts (cpu, mobo, ram, cooling).
