I'm going to the store shortly to look for a healthier version of regular 1% milk. I'm cutting and obviously it's not the healthiest thing - but it's like a staple for me because I love it. I've heard mention of these carb countdowns etc, but I've never seen them at the store. So I'm guessing I'll look for a fat-free milk. But my question is, will this fat free milk be full of high GI carbs?
