I can lift to anything with a nice beat.
I like Metal for lifting and trance for cardio
metal for me, but sometimes trance
if your music isn't making you feel like a little bitch, then what kind of motive do you have to get pumped from it?
Typically metal, some rap and the very rare trance.
Anything with a hard hitting fast paced beat will get me pumped.

Was liftin to metallica and megadeth today.
I just blast whatever I have at the time on the way to the gym... no music while I lift.
The last couple times it's been The Offspring.
