So, I really don't know if this is the correct section to post a thread like this in... but if its not, I hope that a mod can move it..

Well I just moved into my new room back at home, and built a new computer...

The only thing I'm missing is a corner desk/L Shaped desk... I need one that can hold my desktop, 24" Widescreen LCD, Laser printer, and still have a lot of work area for me to study/do school work.

If anyone can suggest any awesome desks, or where I can buy some, it would be great!
(Office Depot, Office Max, Frys didn't have a good selection =|)

The "best" L-shaped desk you're gonna find is at a used office furniture warehouse. Best quality for the best price, but you have limited seasonal selection, it's used if you care, so condition may vary...

The stuff at staples, OD, OM, etc. are really poor quailty at that price.

Ironically, some of the industrial style office tables at IKEA are sturdier like the Jerker and Galant series. This is due to the fact it's a steel frame with a laminated compressed wood on top. I have a galant series configured L-table, it's 6'x12'. I am able to easily stand and walk across this table.

If you must get something from OD or the like, "Z-line" makes a popular L-table for ~100 or sometimes less. It looks nice, but is not that sturdy.

The guys who I used to know would sit in the bathroom with pornography, now they sit in the bathroom with their IKEA catalog. Eventually, the things you used to own, now they own you.
