Photobucket is free up to 500mb and limited bandwidth....I upgraded for $9.99 for a year I think it is and you get like 50GB of bandwidth a month and 5GB of storage...they create the hyperlink tags for you and its the most popular I would say!

photovucket does it for you on any image over a certain size.. it seems to like 800x600 res on most of my dslr pics, and that disturbs me cuz i wish they didnt resize them that small. =/

i think i might get a pro flickr account

  10. I hate flickr, it's too slow and the layout sucks IMO. Too much shit to click and too many advertisements and useless space filled up with clutter.

Flickr nav and layout is top notch. Many of the photo tools/managment are top notch. For instance the photo manager for organizing is great. The service is fast and dependable as far as I can tell. I don't have a pro account but am considering it. The major draw for me is the large number of really great photographers and groups available on flickr.

automatic resize for thumbnails and a gallery, also hosts the fullsize pic

unlimited storage, unlimited bandwidth, can't post the actual photo on forums though, you would have to link to it, but if you're just looking to make a photo album :hs:

www.webshots has recently gone under an overhaul. I think they were either bought out or merged with another company.

Anyway, now they are once again allowing hyperlinking and also provide the codes for you.
