I've recently decided to start taking fish oil caps to help with wrist pain.

I was hoping you guys could give me some recommendations?

My biggest worry is mercury levels.

they're kind of expensive but I ALWAYS find them on sale which brings the cost down to like $10 for 360 pills.

    grocery store brand.

wouldn't worry too much about mercury. you're body only has a certain capacity for retention (which isn't that high) and then the rest is just pissed out

My father and his friends used to play with mercury as a kid. No one of that generation was concerned about mercury poisoning. We shouldn't be either.

I get wrist pain when benching - even with wrist wraps.

Elbow pain is more chronic, I think it originally came from heavy skull crushers.

She starts in on page 1 and continues, as she back tracks towards the end of it and finally leaves.
