anyone have any recommendations?
generic metamucil from costco is ftw... Allows you to get enough fiber while staying low carb and makes your shit come out without a trace.

wheat germ, straight up
psyllium husk or whatever
dried yeast .. brewer's yeast ... high protein too =]
bananas and beans
veggies, oatmeal, fruit

i put benefiber in my oatmeal and pwo's and i still hardly poop
I eat organic veggies at least twice per day and am very regular.
i have the chewable fiber choice tabs... also have benefiber that i add to my shakes sometimes (totally tasteless, dissolves perfectly)
never tried metamucil
Its prob just me, I was kidding more than being serious.
But seriously, for months at a time I have eaten up to 3 cups of veggies at each meal. Huge green crowns of broccoli, green beans, spinich....lots of fruit and I still have to push
I have tried fiber plus and metamucil....metamucil has worked better than the other, but still can't get "regular" for a regular amount of time
edit: I also eat 1 cup plain oats every morning with sugarfree jam, and drinks LOTS of water throughout the day.... idk

No...push more than I would like. And I'm not asking for it to just leak out without me noticing either
What about healthy fats? Fish oil, almonds? I also cook with coconut oil. What's your intake on those? All metamucil did for me was give me painful gas.
Yes, met. does make my stomach hurt from time to time.
I cook my egg whites in the morning with olive oil, I eat a handful of almonds everyday and have a slice of wheat bread with moderate PB before my workouts...
I eat Tuna pretty much every day for lunch... 7 oz w/4 cups greens
How much sugar or artificial sweeteners do you intake? Here's a trick that works for pl's before weigh ins. Eat a good breakfast with a banana and 2-3 cups of black coffee. Guaranteed to go in 30 or so minutes later. I also used to put 8-10 prunes in a glass of water and let it sit overnight. First thing in the morining, Drink the water and eat the prunes, works like a charm.
I have been eating shit loads of prunes and it does help. Literally a shit load, I will sit there and just because, eat about 15 prunes.
I drink roughly 1-2 cups coffee a day, with 2 splenda

edit: forgot to mention... the going part isn't the problem, I go everyday, sometimes twice a day...it's just the effort it takes that bothers me
It shouldn't take a bunch of effort. Something is out of balance.
I don't wanna go to the gastro just yet because I figure I'll try every fucking thing with my diet first... something's gotta give
