anything besides lateral raises?
lots of pressing, being lean, and genetics working in your favor
front raises, side raises, db military press
. +rear raises.
isnt pressing more your front delt than the side/rear?
pressing works the whole shoulder.
standing bb press or push press
lots of reps

Strict standing overhead press, barbell and high rep dumbbell.
Heavy ass DB Military press did it for me
on the smith machine. Tried this exercise because of him and love it
sounds like something new to try this. i try to switch it between seated and standing military's with bb and db.
I've never lifted from behind the head, only pulled.
seated calf raises
hate to sound like a broken record but... weighted dips

no you don't need front raises lol
more stress on anterior head though and not so much on posterior or lateral head.
