Best exercise for upper pecs?

    Ive been tryin to gain some muscle on my upper pecs, but no matter what i do, i seem to just gain muscle on the mid/bottom parts of my pecs

    anybody know any good routines/exercises that can really help out with this?

    Actually, squats is the best exercise for upper pecs

    but if he trains uper pecs at home with 35 pounds would it be like using 75 pounds at the pet store? :dunno:

    Glute ham raises. Crunches.
    They all work the pecs in a different fashion. So it's best to incorparate all of them. AT THE SAME TIME.

    De-weighted chins, cut right leg off so you can do more reps and focus on form

    remmeber to focus on squeezing the pectorals through all of these, hope this helps.

    grasshopper sumo squats

    i made these up

    you jump like a grasshopper as high as you can with the most possible weight you can sumo style its ok if a 45 falls off here and there
